I can't sleep…so i thought of sharing something worthwhile before heading to bed again...After losing weight, i noticed i can't lose more and really difficult!! I decided to join TEAMCOHEN that was introduced to me by my friend Jazmin Trinidad. I know i haven't reached my target weight, but really, showing this before and after photo makes me inspired all the more to share to my friends that TEAMCOHEN helped me in my journey towards my ideal weight! Thank you so much Jazmin for sharing TeamCohen with me! This diet made me believe that you need not starve to lose weight! I so love all the food and enjoyed eating it!

I was so happy because I searched for a photo when i did an event last year and Fan gave me this shot from our Gensan Anniversary last year. Both photo was taken when i did a show on stage. You can notice the big difference on how i look! And i am so happy that i am slowly reaching the weight that i am asking. And i find it actually fast!

What is TEAMCOHEN PHILIPPINES Movement?


TEAMCOHEN PHILIPPINES Movement is not only an affordable online personalized weight management program, we also offer personal touch with our subscribers.  It's like having your own team consist of a nutritionist and a facilitator that will teach, motivate, remind, support and help you eat healthy for the rest of your life.
Dr. Jean-Michel Cohen
The program is called The Bon Appetit Diet with Dr. Jean-Michel Cohen.  Dr. Cohen is the leading Nutritionist Doctor in France. Since 1981, Dr. Jean-Michel Cohen has devoted himself almost exclusively to studies involving food intake and the human body. He was also a consultant for Braun-Bruneau Laboratories from 1982 to 1986. There, he developed the principles of hyper protein solutes in cases of severe protein malnutrition. Developed a diet program that is ad cost P2,970 for the whole six (6) months.  That's less than P20 a day.

Once you join you'll be given an online account, just like a Facebook account.  There you will find your coaching session with Dr. Jean-Michel Cohen, your weekly shopping list and meal plan and other tools.  If you don't have an internet access, we will print the shopping list, meal plan and the recipes and deliver it to you on Fridays.
We suggest that you start the program the following Monday after you sign-up. We want you to be familiar with you online account and buy the items in your shopping list. The shopping list is good for the whole week. If you prepare the food in your home, you'll be able to use all the items in the shopping list. There are also recipes for some of the food suggested to you. You can find substitute some of the foods if there are foods that you don't feel like eating. You can find the substitute foods under the tools section then select bonus on your account.
In the bonus tools, you can find foods suggestions when you eat in restaurants and even fast foods like burger joints and pizza houses.
The facilitator will be texting you from time to time, but will definitely text you on Saturdays. That is the day that you will weigh yourself. The facilitator will ask your weight to assess if the program is working for you or do we need to re-evaluate your meal plan. The facilitator will be monitoring your progress, they are also there to motivate, support and help you. Don't hesitate to contact them if you have any questions and we mean anything. If you can't find a particular item in the shopping list, we can look for it and get it for you or if you want to do a particular activity but don't know where they are being held, we can research it for you.
In the case you weren't able to follow the meal plan, call the hotline (02)491 76 76 from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or ask a question online found on the right side of the home page of your online account the nutritionist will suggest how to modify your meal plan.
If you are out and you don't know what was suggested to you, you can contact your facilitator and give them access to your account so that they can open and tell you what is suggest for you to eat on that particular meal.
Here is a sample meal plan of a person who is in her week 4  that suggested her to follow a 1400 kcal per day to lose weigh and a shopping list for another subscriber in her week 2 with a food intake of 1600 kcal per day.

  • 3 slices (65 g) whole wheat bread
  • 60 g cottage cheese
  • 240 ml low fat milk
  • 1 pc small banana

  • Chicken leg in foil
  • 1/2 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 slice ripe papaya

  • 360 g lean beef

  • 1 pc regular chicken hotdog
  • 1 slice lean chicken ham

The meal plan is personalized and differs from person to person.  So this diet works for her but may not work for me.  You'll be given sets of questionnaires for a more personalized meal plan.  Most subscribers swear that the food is so generous.  They can't even finish a meal so they make their left-overs as their snacks.  Whenever you our subscribers are hungry they would eat fruits in between or a sandwich on wheat bread with minimal filling like cheese.  So there's no reason for you to be hungry and deprived.
To join our program  we suggest that we can meet up to assess you personally.  Set up an appointment by contacting us at 0927-2229845.  But just in case you want to join as soon as possible and we our schedules conflict, go to link below. Click on the sign-up for a free diet profile and answer their questionnaires. At the end of the questionnaire, you'll be asked to fill up the form with your details. After you fill up the form the result of your diet profile will be shown to you.  It will tell you how long it  Once you sign-up, text your name, email add and mode of payment at 0927-2229845. This is important, so that there will be a facilitator that will be assigned to you. When payment have been verified you will receive an email for the confirmation of your account. You'll be asked to answer another set of  questionnaires. This will be the basis of your personalized meal plan made by the nutritionist.


This is one of our subscribers.  He is now steadily losing an average of 3 lbs per week.
