Tips for Active Members for more effective weight management.
1. Make use of the Weight loss journal and the Weight graph, if you can't go online. Get a notebook and before you go to bed, try to remember and write down what you have eaten during the day and also the drinks and how many glasses of water you have consumed.
2. Don't skip a meal. Many thinks that skipping a meal would accelerate the
ir weight loss. It actually does the opposite. If you feel hungry, drink a glass of water. Sometime we mistake being hungry for being thirsty. If you think you're really hungry, eat a piece of fruit or a wheat bread. Just something to satisfy your hunger. You can also do this when you feel tired and don't have time to prepare your meal.
3. Check and plan your meal the night before. Sometimes you can't prevent eating out.
4. For unexpected meals or over eating, consult with the nutritionist from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm at 491-7676.
